F1
It is also called hot surface or NO:1. It is hot drawn, annealed, matte surface. It is uneven than a 2D or 2B (matte) surface. It is used in areas where visual quality is not important. It has a standard surface for thicknesses above 8mm.
2D
It is cold-drawn, annealed, cleaned, and slightly polished. It has a glossy surface between a matte and a warm surface.
2B
It is also called a matte surface. It is cold-drawn, annealed, cleaned, and slightly polished. It has a standard surface in thicknesses up to 8 mm.
3N
It is the surface obtained by applying the satination process on a cold-drawn matte surface. It is also called the ground surface. They are 3N thick ground surfaces. It is used in decorative areas.
4N
It is the surface obtained by applying the satination process on a cold-drawn matte surface. It is also called the ground surface. They are 4N finer ground surfaces. It is used in decorative areas.
YSB
It is the surface obtained by applying the scrubbing process on a cold-drawn matte surface. It is also called SB (scotch brite) surface. It is used in decorative areas.
ESB
It is the surface obtained by applying the scrubbing and very fine satination on a cold-drawn matte surface. It is also called SB (scotch brite) surface. It is used in decorative areas.
HL
It is the surface obtained by applying the scrubbing and very fine satination on a cold-drawn matte surface. It is also called a hairline surface. It is used in decorative areas.
BA
It is also called glossy surface or 2R. They are cold-drawn, annealed, and polished surfaces. It is used in decorative areas.
8K
It is also called a mirror surface. They are polished and mirror-like surfaces. It is included in the decorative stainless-steel group.
2M
It is also called a dot pattern. It is in the patterned hairline group. It is mostly used in the elevator industry.
5M
It is also called a diagonal square pattern. It is in the patterned hair group. It is mainly used in the elevator industry.
